This website is intended to provide information about our classes, share educational content, and allow users to make bookings. By using the site, you agree to:

  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the site, introduce viruses, or interfere with its operation.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a class. If you are under 18, you may browse the site (e.g. for gallery or blog content) with parental consent, but you cannot make a booking or attend a class, even with parental permission.

2. Services We Offer

This website provides users with access to information about our products and services, including:
 

  • Booking for live online classes and private sessions

  • Educational blog content and tutorials

  • Visual galleries and marketing materials

  • Downloadable resources where offered

  • Email updates (at user's request) for company news and services.
     

All class bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, including where false or suspicious information has been provided (see Section 3) - or we reasonable suspect you may be under 18 years of age (see Section 1).

We reserve the right to disregard any newsletter signups which we reasonably suspect may contain false, misleading, suspicious or duplicate information.

3. Bookings & Payments

All class bookings must be made through our official booking system on this website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely via PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full payment details at any point.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all booking information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking that appears to include false, duplicate, or suspicious information.

  • By completing a booking, you confirm that you meet age eligibility requirements (see Section 1) and agree to our Terms & Conditions for class participation, (these terms will be published in line with class launch dates).

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our classes and this website is the intellectual property of Cake No Mistake. This includes (but is not limited to):
 

  • Cake and topper designs

  • Recipes, methods, and techniques

  • Class videos, handouts, and any supporting materials

  • All written, visual, and downloadable content

These materials are made available for personal use only. You may reproduce designs or techniques for your own practice or learning, but you may not:

  • Copy, sell, share, or distribute any materials

  • Use any part of our content for commercial purposes (e.g. in your own classes, online videos, or publications)

  • Modify and present any part of our work as your own

Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action. If you'd like to seek permission for a specific use, please contact us in advance.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Your Cancellation: All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling if you cancel or are unable to attend, due to any kind of personal circumstances.

  • Leaving Early: If you choose to leave a class before it ends for any reason, no refund will be given, as classes are priced for the full session.

  • Our Cancellation: If we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund of the class fee. Please note that we are not liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred (e.g. materials or tools).

  • Chargebacks: By booking, you agree to this policy and our Class Participation Terms & Conditions, which will be published in line with class launch dates. Chargebacks made in contradiction to these terms may result in permanent refusal of future bookings.

  • Fairness: As part of our commitment to treating all students equally, we are unable to enter into correspondence, make exceptions, or negotiate on this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to provide accurate, up-to-date information and a smooth online experience, Cake No Mistake cannot guarantee that the website or its content will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cake No Mistake is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages that may arise from:

  • Use (or inability to use) our website or services

  • Reliance on any information provided through our classes, downloads, or communications
