To get the ball rolling, it's really helpful if you provide the following information in your message:
The date you would like to collect your order: This allows us to check availability straight away and hold the date for you if required.
Celebration type: Is it a birthday, new baby, anniversary etc
Portions: An idea around how many servings you would like.
Contact details: Please provide your email address and a telephone number, as we will usually call to discuss your enquiry in greater detail.
Ideas: Tell us your what you'd like! This could be colours, flavours, design elements, budget etc. If you aren't sure and would like to chat through some options, then that's great too.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Following an initial enquiry, if your date is available, we will contact you (usually by phone) to discuss design ideas and details. We will then email you with a quotation based on the details that have been discussed.
2. Once you are happy with the quotation, we will require a 50% deposit payment to secure your collection date*. The balance will be payable 4 weeks before your collection date.
Or for orders with less than 4 weeks until the requested collection date, full payment is required at time of ordering.
Please be aware that your requested date will be available to others until we have received your deposit payment.
3. Once we have received your deposit, we will email you with an order confirmation.
