How do I secure the date I would like?
To secure your requested collection date, we require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit based on the agreed quotation.
For any order that is placed within less than 4 weeks of your collection date, full payment is required at time of booking. Full details on the ordering process can be found on our info page.
Your date will be available to others until we have received your deposit. Dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Do you make cakes with licensed characters? Minions, Barbie, Disney Frozen, Peter Rabbit etc
Unfortunately, due to copyright restrictions we are unable to sell cakes that feature licensed characters or ANY logos that belong to others. This includes jewellery, fashion, TV and sports / team logos.
I have no idea what the options are or what sort of cake I want. Can you help me?
Of course. You don't need to pin down exactly what you want before you contact us. We will be more than happy to discuss ideas and options with you.
Will you copy a cake design that I have seen online or in a magazine?
Afraid not, as we want you to have a beautiful bespoke cake that is totally unique to you, and we don’t feel it’s right to copy other cake artists’ designs. However, we are more than happy to discuss and adapt design elements that you have seen on other cakes to create something new and fantastic for you.
When should I book my order
To avoid disappointment, we do recommend that you book early to secure your date. Last minute orders are sometimes possible for cupcakes orders.
How much will my cake cost?
There are endless choices and many factors which contribute to the final price of a bespoke cake, so there really is no quick answer to this. As a guide, starting prices can be found on our CAKE page. Naturally, we are always happy to work with you and make suggestions that will fit within your budget.
We are unable to offer an allergen-free guarantee on any of our products, due to handling methods used in factories which produce some of the ingredients we use.
What are your portion sizes?
Full details of our standard portion sizes can be found on our CAKE page. If you would like smaller or larger portion sizes, just let us know.
We do not currently offer vegan or gluten free options. However, we produce vegetarian cakes which do not contain ingredients derived from animals, such as gelatine. Please contact us about this if you would like further details.
Do you use pre-bought cakes or cake mixes?
No, never. All our cakes and cupcakes are lovingly hand made from scratch with fresh, quality ingredients. We know some cake makers like to use pre-made mixes, (or even ready made cakes) - but that's just not how we roll.
Can you make any cake that I can think of?
We do like a challenge, and always love to stretch our creative talents - but there are restrictions of course, especially with regard to safe transportation. Also, there are many, many different techniques and styles of cake out there and all cake artists will excel at different things. It's about choosing the cake maker that's right for your cake.
How should I transport my cake?
Cakes must be transported extremely carefully. Please ensure they are placed and secured on a level surface in your vehicle. Drive carefully and avoid turning sharply.
Margarine or butter?
Can I hire a cake stand from you?
There is no denying that a beautiful cake stand makes all the difference. We do have lots of cake stands that we hire out. A hire charge and deposit will be payable upon collection. The deposit will be refunded when you return the stand within 3 days, undamaged.
What happens if I damage my cake?
We cannot accept responsibility for any damages that happen once you have signed for your order at point of collection.
How long is my quotation valid for?
All quotations are valid for 14 days, however, please be aware that dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Can I make changes to my order?
We always endeavour to accommodate changes when we can. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make a change to your order. Please note that changes may incur an extra fee and all agreed changes will need to be confirmed via email. Please understand that there are times when it’s simply too late to make certain changes.
Delivery and collection
We do not currently offer a delivery service. Collection times are very flexible and will be confirmed in writing on your order confirmation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, direct bank transfer or you can pay using the paypal.me link which you will find on your confirmation email. We do not accept cheques.
